We provides Elementary knowledge about Women Feminine Health and Other important current raising Health Related issues like Women Cance and UTI etc. Our Associates visits villages and meets womens on their door and aware them about swacchhta and Swasth so that they can keep their self Healthy and forward these habits to their generations

In India Womens are using harmful alternatives for sanitary napkins because some of them cant afford sanitary napkins availabe in markets or some of them are not buying due to feel shy. About 68% rural women cannot afford sanitary napkins available in market, according to a survey. The study, carried out by global information and measurement company AC Nielsen, and it is also reviewed and endorsed by some organizations survey done in some villages in district Gwalior, throws light on the dismal state of feminine hygiene in district. According to gynecologists, use of alternative sanitary care measures such as unsterilized cloths, sand and ash make women, susceptible to infections and diseases. We also found in survey that awareness on basic health and feminine hygiene is very low, with 75% rural women lacking adequate knowledge on menstrual hygiene and care. On the issue of affordability of quality sanitary care, survey found that 81% rural women use unsterilized cloths since they are cheaper and 68% said they cannot afford to buy sanitary napkins. Adolescent girls in in these villages are also unable to attend upto 50 days of schooling in a year due to inadequate menstrual care. Gynecologist believe that sanitary napkins can act as preventive measure against reproductive tract infection, it can also act as precautionary measure to reduce the risk of cervical cancer. Over 85% girls used old tattered clothes during menstruation. We were Shaken to the core on hearing that some of rural girls were using things like a 'pouch filled with ash' and 'bundle of dried grass' instead of sanitary napkins. Almost half of the girls did not even wash the old cloth before using it, while an equal number re-used the cloth several times. "Staining is obvious, which led to embarrassment compelling the girls to stay away from school. " Survey revealed that there was absolutely no discussion with them about menstruation whatsoever. The lack of awareness explains why four out of five girls are not prepared for it while three out of five are scared. Stigma and discrimination are the other sides of this problem. Almost 80% girls are still not allowed in the kitchen, stopped from going to fair, market while 100% said that there were religious taboos. We wants to aware Womens and Girls about all these problems by making them member to provide knowledge session by the doctors and provide elementary knowledge by our volunteers to help them to be secure. This session will also includes the basic knowledge and awareness of increasing health problems like Cancer. We will also provide them sanitary napkins for there menstruation hygiene so that girls will not have to stay away from the school in their menstruation period or womens can stay free of these problems with a nominal membership fee. Government is also running many campaign towards women health and Swachh Bharat but most of the people thinks that this is shying topic thats why Reproductive tract infections and feminine health is being poor day by day, specially in the rural area.
