Excite - SNIST

Excite is a one month Summer Product Engineering Workshop, organized by Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad, in collaboration with Telangana Academy for Skill and Knowledge (TASK) and Hyderabad Software Enterprise Association (HYSEA). Started in the year 2015, the workshop helped many students build product prototypes for real time issues using technologies like Internet of Things. Excite gives an opportunity to the students to ideate, brainstorm, build prototypes and showcase their innovation to investors, industries, incubators and accelerators.
EXCITE-SNIST is a college unit based on the guidelines and agenda set by EXCITE for the students of SNIST as a year long program. Founded by three students at Sreenidhi Institute of Science and Technology:

At EXCITE SNIST, we give the students the opportunity to learn to ideate and build innovative solutions and eventually pitch them to industry.
Stage I: Ideation
Ideation is a process of constructing and validating mere thoughts to form strong ideas for a start-up or product.
