TEARMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Payment should be made in advance
(Direct Bank Transfer , Paytm)
2. No Change in the order ONCE THE PRODUCT IS SHIPPED
3. We will not accept any returns upon delivery of the product at the customer's unless there is any discrepancy in the product which is contrary to the customer's order.
4. No re-fund upon completion of the purchase transaction (unless the item is out of stock)
5. Shipping Charges cannot be refunded. However, all refunds will be evaluated on case to case basis
6. If you do not receive confirmation please contact us on the given number.
8. Every attempt is made to bring you top quality products but considering the nature of the items (fancy and decorative), warranty of the product is not available unless specified.
All Courier companies generally make 2 delivery attempts. In case of unavailability of the recipient, future Modus Operandi is at the discretion of the Courier Company and we, canila, has no liability for the same.
