Types of treatment:

We follow three approaches in treatment:
Obesity : One is generalized weight loss where you simply lose weight without any figure correction or firming, this treatment is highly recommended for those who need to lose weight for medical purpose without any cosmetic importance.

Second one is firming along with weight loss; this treatment is purely for those who want to look good. Here you not only lose weight but also a lot of inches, giving you a firm, toned look, it is very effective in preventing skin sagging due to drastic weight loss.

The third one is spot reduction which deals with particularly concerned areas such as abs, thighs, arms etc which require targeted treatment.

We also provide specialized facelift and Bust lift treatments.

Diet:

We at Aakruti love food. We never recommend a crash diet, however, the success of a weight loss program is not how much kilos you have lost but on how you maintain the weight and keep yourself in shape. Here we ensure that we just
control a portion of food not your passion for food. The diet we prescribe is such that you can maintain it. You can eat all your favorite homemade food as recommended by our dietician.

Duration and Timing of treatment

It depends on the nature of fat deposits on the body and patients medical conditions. However, the minimum duration of treatment is not less than 15 days.

At Aakruti we have arranged the timing so that anybody can find time for treatment. Each treatment is structured and planned. You have to attend the treatment only thrice a week and spend only 1-2 hr a day for the same.
