ZION2017 is the Annual National Technical Festival of Dr. D. Y. Patil Institute of Engineering and Technology, Pimpri, Pune.
ZION in Christian thought its meaning is “ The Heavenly City ” or
“Kingdom of Heaven ”. Started way back in 2005 by a group of enthusiastic students, now in its 13th edition, and bases itself on a different theme every year.This year's fest hinges on Assassins Creed. ZION is usually held in the vicinity of February every year, and this year it is a Two-day event,from17th-18th February. As with any event, Zion has seen a tremendous increase in the number of participants over the past twelve years and now aims at around figure of 10,000 participants. Some technical competitions include Circuit Designing, Programming, Debugging, RoboWars, Software&Hardware Projects and much more. Apart from the competitions, there are also Food Stalls, CruiserBike Display and much more. We invite you to share our vision and be part of what ensures to carry forward the legacy of technical excellence.
