The Company was established in 1979, at Tulas near Vengurla,Sindhudurga by Madhukar Zantye and his sons Vasudeo,Achyut and Shrikrishna.In the initial years, company focused on the bulk business of processing raw cashew nuts into cashew kernels..

In the beginning,company focused on bringing in the traditional roasted cashews into the market; Within no time,it has pioneered into new products such as Salted cashew,Kaju Ladu, Kaju Katali and some of the fast moving products like Green chilly, Masala, Dry salted and cashew bar. These flavors were widely accepted as perfect blends for every irresistibly tasty, high quality cashews nuts.
