How often has it happened that we walk into a company for internship or training or job and find people from the same family as we belong to but know nothing of the home they come from? It's like walking into your cousin's wedding and not being able to chat with cousin's flying down from different cities of India! That's what we are, the one big fat family!! Be it the Kashmir's pride Nit Srinagar or Southern tip NIT Trichy. The Northeastern arm NIT Silchar or the dry land NIT Jaipur. We all belong to one common family. But yet when we meet we hardly know anything or anyone from these NIT's.

We strive to bridge this huge gap among the fellow NITians and also with our alumnus. Just because one is from NIT Surathkal does not mean that they cannot get help or guidance from an alumnus of NIT Jalandhar. Hence the idea of Interactive PAN-NIT forum BridgeNIT and a yearly Magazine- YUGMA. We cover all important events and happenings across all NITs in our online forum The BridgeNIT journal regularly. And YUGMA introduce you to our famous alumnis- their success stories, struggles of recent entrepreneurs, civil servants, writers and tech geeks; directly from their mouths. Articles regarding views of renowned scholars of India or outside, on current issues affecting us directly. Picture gallery of recent developments in all the NIT campuses, be it a new library a sports stadium or a new 13 tower building! We also value our readers opinion and hence post questions in form of Google forms, which will be evaluated and spun into beautiful articles by experts. Open quizzes for all the members and the winners get a chance to be featured in our next issues with an interesting interview of him! An open forum will be provided for anyone from any corner of India to put up a question to any student or alumnus from any NIT and we will make sure that the query is answered (Provided its nothing personal or offensive. You definitely can't ask people about their relationship status here: p).
