I have been practicing Yoga for 10 years and am a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance International. With this page I intend to make Yoga more accessible to the masses, who may not be performing Yoga as a dedicated practice. The intent is also to make small techniques a part of your daily lifestyle to make it healthier, without you even realizing that have become a Yogi! Last but not the least, having rectified several body and lifestyle issues for myself using Yoga, I am trying what little I can do for anyone else towards achieving their goal.
