Yoga means "Union" It is not just about Asana practice, It is a union of body,mind and soul. My main focus is how to integrate yoga in daily life.It's not just one hour of practice a day. I work on individuals as their needs, giving them tools to use different yoga and meditation practice, which gives them the ability to move from stress to state of relaxation.
As i have been working also as a therapist, I focus on different meditation techniques, As per individual needs. We all are not born to sit and watch breath. Every individual is unique, Keeping that in mind after talking with individuals, I use different techniques of active or passive meditation which is supportive to go deeper in our inner growth.
