Kindly contact us in case of mixed crowds/families/ladies groups only. Yasho Vann with its 2.5 bedrooms easily accommodates 12 people. Our price is ₹10000/- (₹9500/- base price + ₹500/- cleaning charges) for the first ten guests. Each additional guest (after the first ten) will be charged ₹400/- per person. Flexible check-in/check-out timings: Our check-in/check-out timings vary for weekdays and weekends. We also take day bookings depending on the dates. (Friday 5.00 PM to Saturday 4.00 PM) (Sat 6.00 PM to Sun 5.00 PM) A local catering company provides food on prior intimation. Local Dhabas, restaurants and resorts that provide food are in 5 kilometres radius. We do not allow smoking inside the house, includes cigarettes, cigars, hookah/shesha etc. We do not allow professional DJs and Speakers as quite a few walls are made of glass. We do not allow pets. We are not responsible for loss or damages of your personal belongings inside at villa and in the premises. At a time only three ACs will run in the Villa due low voltage. We recommend that you use the ACs in the bedrooms and upstairs lounge. Pls ask the supervisor for the remote. The villa comprises the following: • 2.5 Bedrooms accommodating 12 people • 3 Bathrooms • 25 feet swimming pool • Back lawn with a granite bar and garden furniture. 10 plastic chairs and a table are also available for parties • Small front lawn • TV with satellite connection • Large entertainment lounge with views all around • ACs available in bedrooms • A fully functional kitchen with fridge, rice cooker, gas stove, microwave, kettle, utensils etc. Please tell us in advance if you require the rice cooker and utensils • Power back-up @ an extra cost (Rs. 150/- fuel for an hour) • Fresh linen and towels for every guest visit
