Saraswati Education Society (SES) was founded in 2003. SES’s is a public charitable trust registered under the Bombay Public Trust’s Act 1950.

The SES started Yadavrao Tasgaonkar College of Engineering & Management (YTCEM) in the academic year 2008-09. The College is approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi, recognized by Government of Maharashtra (Director of Technical Education, DTE), and affiliated to University of Mumbai.

The YTCEM campus is located at Bhivpuri Road Railway Station, near Karjat surrounded with natural green landscape.
