The team of With Care is specialized in:

1. Teaching: A dedicated team of Volunteers teach poor children and also support them in getting interim help as well as look after further studies of the interested lot. With Care Sanstha supports NACO’s “Getting to Zero” vision. Presently we are working for zero new infections and zero discrimination with the HIV positives. For this we organize street plays at various Colleges, Basties, Jails and Villages. With Care teaches crucial concepts like Cancer, HIV, Human Rights, Sanitation etc. through various awareness programs.

2. Training: Our Master Trainers conducted various training and workshops like Leadership and Effective Communication for creating Community Owners and Conflict Resolution, Street Play Training for Drug Demand Reduction and AIDS, Retail Operations, National Workshop on “Trauma and Healing”, Jewelry Retail Sales Associate, Career Counseling, Life Skills, Writing Appealing Case Studies, Effective Communication Skills, Anger Management, Self Management, Psychology, Children and Crime!
End-of-Life Counseling, Social Entrepreneurship, Time Management, Stress Management and Human Rights!


3. Counseling: A team of Counselors is available on our helpline called "Ummeed" helping people with their problems of day to day life. Our Counselors are experts at solving issues of relationships, depression, concentration problems, memory tips, anxiety, nervousness, low self-image, lack of confidence, anger, stress, parent-child relationship and time-management. We are available from 10.00 am-10.00 pm on our confidential helpline numbers viz. 80030945-68,69,70,71.
