WB Softech is Skill Development & Vocational training Company. The setting up of WB Softech Skills was triggered by the increasing demand of trained manpower for the jobs created in various sectors. From being a huge programme offered for all sectors, today it is a partnership company with National Institute for Entepreneurship & Small Business Development (NIESBUD), with a mandate to train huge people. Our model is based on the addressing the needs of the Industry and is therefore focused on making students work ready. We also work extensively with other key stakeholders – Government of India, Private Companies (funder and employers), Foundations, International Bodies, Trainees and Parents - creating a vibrant mix of sponsored and self paid programmes with a singular objective of matching youth to jobs or self employment opportunities.

Duration: 45 days
Training: Skill based with Practical approach

Age Limit: 18 to 35 yrs (as on 27.06.2015)
Mandatory Documents: Aadhar ID, Voter ID, Last Qualification Xerox copy

On successful completion of training candidate will be offered a Govt. Of India Certificate, a Skill Card and Monetary reward to their newly opened bank account as per rules of this scheme under Ministry Of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship
