Payment: For ease of confirmation of your blocked product please process the payment within THREE working days (unless an unexpected delay which has to be intimated to us) after receiving the invoice to confirm the product failing which the product will be available for the next customer.

Shipping: Products will be shipped within 5-7 working days after payment

Exchange/Return: Products will be exchanged if it is received in damaged condition OR if a wrong product was shipped. Returns will be processed after a photograph of the defect is provided to the seller, explaining the defect within a week after receiving the product. Please allow 7 working days after receiving the product to be exchanged to re-dispatch the the correct product.
