Doorstep Workouts by Vario.Fitness offers group exercise programs which are specially created for residential community, delivering fitness right to your doorstep.

Fitness level, age, experience and diversity are all taken into consideration to ensure a program which the whole community can enjoy together or in batches, all on your premises.

We schedule different group exercises such as Yoga, Pilates, Aerobics, Zumba, Body weight,
conditioning workouts etc. to ensure keeping in shape is never boring.

We propose to organize Group fitness workouts at your society no-obligation, free of cost for all the society members for two weeks, during which they can decide if they want to continue thereafter.

We plan to start this activity on a daily basis whereby various instructors will conduct different classes and the timings will be taken from participants and classes will be scheduled accordingly.
