Mallika Pirani (known as Zarmeen amongst close friends and family) is an established entrepreneur, a passionate hairstylist, and a Pepiniere! Her passion for her profession and dedication towards the beauty business has gained her early success. In her mid-20’s, she has 4 salon branches of Vannilla in Mumbai and manages a fleet of more than 80 people. Her vision is to help improve the aesthetic sense of individuals through her venture 'Vannilla' , and also, assist high-end beauty brands in creating the right products for the Indian market.
