Utthaan Vidhik Sahayata Evam Seva Sansthan,Jodhpur has been constituted under the Rajasthan society registration,Act 1958.Utthaan is an youth volunteer non government organisation.Where we work in the field of legal awareness.The Utthaan legal awareness series provides information on key areas of the law where someone likely to consult a lawyer.The overall objective is to inform readers to their legal rights,the law and how lawyers can help them.

Many people are not aware of laws and their legal rights, or how to exercise these rights. “Legal awareness” is necessary for people in all nations so that they can affirmatively claim their rights.

Utthaan is a non-government organization that exists to educate and inform the people of about the law and the legal system. Utthaan offers programs and services to the general public as well as to school communities.

Utthaan welcomes requests for general legal information on any topic. If we do not have the information that is needed, we will suggest the appropriate government agency or resource centre where the information may be found. We also provide legal support to poor and backward people free of charge.
