We aren't here to push you hard in the sense that we want you to workout until you are knocked down on your back.
We do however strive for high quality movement training. It does not matter what level of flexibility you are in.
Our goal is to maximise your ability to move and become more functional in your day to day activities. We include a lot of Body weight training, Kettlebell training , Barbell Movements and yes a lot of Yoga.
We focus on making you more agile and a better mover whatever your goals may be.
