TRF is today a business leader in material handling equipment processing systems required for infrastructure development as well as automotive applications. It has
pioneered state-of-the-art solutions in these segments.

The Company recently acquired Hewitt Robins Fraser Limited, UK to enhance the scale of its bulk material handling equipment business and establish a more meaningful presence in both the European and Indian markets as well as across the sub-continent.

The Company's subsidiary, York Transport Equipment (Asia) Pte
Limited, Singapore is engaged in the business of production and distribution of trailer undergears. It has a market presence in 27 countries. York Transport Equipment (Asia) Pte Ltd has four manufacturing facilities worldwide, including one in India.

TRF also set up Adithya Automotive Applications Limited, an automotive applications unit through a joint venture in Luck now.

More recently, TRF acquired Dutch Lanka Trailer (DLT) Manufacturers Limited, Sri Lanka. A world-class trailer manufacturer with facilities in Sri Lanka, Oman and India. DLT exports trailers to as many as 30 countries.
