A true delight to the senses, traditional Thai cuisine is characterized by a complex interplay of the taste senses – sweet, salty, spicy and sour. We have carefully researched and crafted our recipes that place emphasis on lightly prepared dishes with strong aromatic components and a spicy edge. We imbibe traditional cooking techniques, keeping it simple and as close to the basics as possible.
Thai cuisine is robust and flavoursome with abundant use of fresh vegetables, grains, nuts and protein. Our food is sourced with great passion; we import authentic herbs, spices and other ingredients. It is critical that the curry pastes and coconut milk are made in house in order to serve dishes that are fresh and healthy.
Whilst building up on traditions, it is vital to envisage the future. Our service and tableware are 100% biodegradable. The platters are made of Areca Palm Leaves hard pressed into moulds. The tableware is moulded out of Cornstarch.
Balance, detail and variety are of paramount importance in Thai cooking. Our aim is to serve you dishes that are balanced in flavour, prepared fresh in house daily and presented simply yet alluring.
