TMCP

Trinamool Chhatra Parishad popularly known as or "TMCP" is the student wing of All India Trinamool Congress, a major political party of India. It was formed in 1998 after the formation of Trinamool Congress, splitting from Congress. currently Rajesh Kumar Shaw is General Secretary of West Bengal State Trinamool Chattra Parisad.

Presently, Shankudeb Panda is the Working President of Trinamool Chhatra Parishad and Sourav Chakroborty is the State President of Trinamool Chhatra Parishad.

Currently, TMCP is one of the major student organizations in West Bengal and has won student union election in many colleges of West Bengal. Presently Swarup Ghosh and Tamoghna Ghosh are the General Secretaries of TMCP. Also, Vinay Mishra being its state treasurer.
