Three Ten Initiative Technologies LLP

Three Ten Initiative Technologies LLP was incorporated in September 2016 in India. The primary focus areas of the company are -

1. Professional mentoring for graduate studies abroad for engineering, technology, sciences and business disciplines.
2. Process simulation for gas treating and sulphur plants (in alliance with ProTreat®).
3. Chemical engineering training services.

The founding directors of this organization are Dr. Upasana Manimegalai Sridhar (UMS) and Dr. Anand Govindarajan (AG). Both the founders hold a PhD degree in chemical engineering - specializing in chemical process modelling, optimization and advanced process control, from Oklahoma State University (OSU), Stillwater, Oklahoma, USA.

Dr. UMS and Dr. AG worked with Prof. R. Russell Rhinehart and carried out their research from Engineering North Lab 310 at Oklahoma State University. In remembrance of the space that nurtured their professional development, the company was christened as “Three Ten Initiative Technologies”. Together, the founders have a combined experience of 15 years in chemical engineering research and industry, spread across diverse areas of teaching and professional mentoring, process modelling and simulation, optimization, process control, and engineering software development.
