At Thinking Abbey we utilize various lateral thinking techniques to develop human centric solutions, to help businesses communicate more efficiently.

Using design to solve communication based problems; we curate the perfect blend of analogue (print) and digital (website, social media, Mobile application etc.) solutions. We researches and develops patterns, looking to connect concepts and data to on-the-ground problems and solutions, with a belief that a brands identity should flow seamlessly through all mediums of communication. Design should not only be great in form but also efficient in functionality, with respect to both the consumer and the brands needs.

We identify unique patterns, uncover latent needs, behaviors and desires and use these to assist firms in identifying new ways to serve and support theirs customers. Using consumer data we develop and help build a strong emotional connection between a brand and the consumer who may, until then, only have a habitual connection, i.e., build an emotional relationship in addition to a transactional relationship.
