What is the need of the hour? What does India need? What do you need in your family? What do you want from your child?

It is leadership. Yes, leaders. Not just leaders, but good, wise and strong leaders. It is the leader who always brings the best. Because where there is a leader, there is an answer. Where there is a leader, there is growth, joy, abundance and every good thing you can think of. Where there is a leader, there are unlimited possibilities.

But leaders are made, not born. Your child has the leadership potential and qualities. But it needs assistance in identifying and tapping them. Your child should be directed and molded. Good Examples : Children are good observers. They do what we do. They need good models to follow. One who walks with the wise become wise.

NECESSARY INGREDIENTS :
How we teach is equally important with what we teach. From the day a child is born, it starts learning. It starts exploring its world. Learning is natural and it should be made an enjoyment, not a burden.

Opportunity : The more the opportunity, the more the development. They should be provided with the simplest to the latest technology. All the five senses should be involved for learning to be effective. They should hear, see and do. Then we see the growth becoming exponential.

Encouragement : When they do something, they need our appreciation. A small pat in the back, or a “Wah! Wonderful!” means a lot to them. It’s like changing the gear for top speed.

Discipline : You know what will happen, if brakes fail in a speeding car. It is so with discipline. The unlimited energy in the child should be channelized.

Everybody in this world do not pursue excellence. Many people settle for the second best. Let me tell you one important thing. Lesser than the best is bad, not better. Life deserves excellence and the best. Excellence comes with a price.
