The Paramount Classes Vision.

The Paramount Classes facilitates experiences that support student success in Govt.Job . We create innovative programs that meet the needs of the spectrum of students in transition. We collaborate with students to address their unique needs, valuing individual achievements, concerns, and goals. Our student-centered approach supports a paradigm shift on campus toward a learning-centered environment that engages students in academic and co-curricular activities.

The Paramount Classes Mission

Through its collaborative focus and student-centered approach, THE PARAMOUNT CLASSES advocates for students and supports them in developing their individual strengths and negotiating the challenges they encounter in realizing their potential as educated members of society. THE PARAMOUNT CLASSES fulfills this mission by offering dynamic services including advising, course work, academic coaching, information and referral, writing assistance, and supplemental instruction.

The Paramount Classes Goals :
Student Services: Support ALL students in pursuit of their Job goals and in doing so impact Career success, rates by the following:

• Increase students’ knowledge of Career success behaviours and habits.

• Increase access to and facilitate use of success resources at CENTER.

• Assist underprepared, prepared and high-achieving students in developing the skills necessary to achieve their Govt.Job goals .

The Paramount Classes Impact: Engage in collaborative leadership with campus partners to impact student success and persistence through the following:

• Collaborate with campus partners to integrate academic success skills and strategies into events, initiatives and programs.

• Contribute expertise to departments, units, task forces and committees regarding student transitions and development, academic support, students in academic difficulty, and related pedagogies.

The Paramount Classes Development: Maintain high standards of excellence for program delivery through the following:

• Enhance the professional development of faculty and staff of the Academic Success Center, including graduate students and undergraduate student staff.

• Engage in data tracking, full cycle assessment, strategic planning & reporting to remain on the cutting edge of. The Paramount Classes Values
