The Leopard's Den

Nestled in the foothills of the Himalayas, The Leopard's Den is your perfect off-the-beaten-track getaway in the hills: remote yet easily accessible (3 hours by road from Chandigarh), the guesthouse is made up of independent bungalows perched on a hillside at the crossing of two valleys, making for an incredible view. No two bungalows are the same, and they come in all sizes in order to accommodate all - from honeymooners to large families (take a look at our albums to get an idea of which want you want!). All are even equipped with a kitchen for those who'd want to settle for a while...

This is a litteraly the nature lover's paradise: all you'll find around are pine and rhododendrons forests, terraced fields and orchards. Take a walk to one of the traditional himachali villages nearby, head to the river for a picnic, trek to Churdhar peak, go birdwatching - the huge chunk of reserved forest next door ensures an amazing variety of species - or pay a visit to the famous Bhuira Jams women's cooperative. All this if you get tired of lazing in the sun on our beautiful lawn, that is!

Oh, and yes, this is leopard territory... but hopefully you won't be introduced!


Bungalows:

The View: Two floor unit with big double room upstairs, living room with fire place + kitchen + small dining + big bathroom downstairs. Covered terrace + private lawn with amazing view.

The Cottage: Two floor unit with one double room + 1 small single room + spacious bathroom + living/dining kitchen + terrace and balcony.

The Tower: Three floor unit with 3 double rooms, 1 single room (or 2 kids), 2 bathrooms + living room with fire place and mezzanine single bed + dining room/kitchen.
*The Tower can be split into two units in order to remove 1 double room/bathroom and dining room/kitchen.

The Studio: Big double room with bathroom, kitchenette, and terrace.
