The Kickboxing Studio is about kickboxing of course

But its not just about kickboxing.

What makes it different from usual martial arts type classes is that its not only for those who wish to learn kickboxing. At the same time it is not the pseudo stuff that is rampant in aerobics classes.

We are the middle-of-the-road guys. AKA perfect for you.

We aim to make kickboxing accessible to the people, as a skill/art AND as a fitness method.

We have some pretty cool, fun and athletic conditioning tools as a bonus, and plan to add to the workout experience as we evolve.

So if you are bored of your usual gym routine and cannot stand another minute on the treadmill and are looking for a workout which is tough, effective and FUN.
