Our stori began whilst on a business trip in India to host a corporate event. Here we were shocked at the time consuming manual methods used in the event planning process. So upon returning to our homes in London, we decided to look into some solutions to help out our friends abroad. However we were further shocked to learn the situation here was no better. People were relying on piles of magazines, binders bulging with coloured post it notes and running multiple applications on their desktops.
So for the next 18 months we made it our mission to understand everything about events! We attended every kind of event possible from rooftop cocktails, corporate seminars, lavish banquets to small intimate family gatherings. Furthermore we hijacked corporate event planning sessions, had dinner with couples getting married and set base in every kind of venue possible. We met hundreds of amazing people, heard their stories, misadventures and challenges they face. This was all brilliant feedback which inspired us to find a way to make the event planning process as easy, productive and as fun as possible.
And it is these very stories that led us to create one single event platform to help organise any kind of event ... welcome to Event Stori!
