The Fuller Life

We are an employee health and engagement company of 15 years vintage.

We started employee engagement before it was called 'employee engagement'​, back in 2001. That makes us India's most experienced employee engagement company. We’ve created exciting, catchy, unique engagement programme campaigns for HR folk in the Who’s Who of corporate India.

We also started Runners for Life where running was far from being the new golf. We are India's oldest running community with races that range from 5K runs for beginners to 24 hour runs for the ultramarathoners. We also organize running events for companies.

We program manage efforts for companies in the above and related spaces. For us program management includes owning the calendar, creating the communication, implementing the technology, writing the content, working with internal and external partners and measuring the numbers at the end of the effort. We work with companies on a long-term basis.
