We stock cheese from Kodaikanal and Kashmir, kiwi from Meghalaya, herbs from Magadi, coffee and spices from Coorg, and beef and prawn pickles from Kerala. Sometimes, past this nation's formidable defences, we manage to sneak in olives and olive oil from Greece and spiced sausage from Spain.

No matter what route it has traveled, our food is fresh, organic and free of preservatives. We totally insist on that.

And while we can't personally ensure that each of our sources are Fair Trade certified, our own business practices are just and equitable.

So that's what we stand for. And because we must wear our politics on our sleeves, this is what we stand against... we're against corporate control of our food supply, against genetic contamination of our food sources, and against any ideological dicking around with our food choices.

If you're within a 3-kilometre radius of Mosque Road, Bangalore, we'll even come down on an electric bike to deliver.
