The Consumers Party of India is formed mainly with the intention of fighting for the justice of the consumers in less time and at less cost, awakening the consumers, and making them aware of their rights. The consumer is the most important link in the economic chain, without him the Manufacturers, Packers, Shippers, Wholesalers & Retailers might as well close their doors. Without the consumers, spending his money, the entire economy would collapse.

2. We speak up for the consumers of all Goods & Services, Bus Passengers, Patients, Home Buyers And Domestic Water Users, as well as Shoppers in the local super market. So, we are as much concerned with public and professional services, and how they are regulated, as with sales in the high street.

A) WHAT DO CONSUMERS THINK OF SHOPS AND SERVICES LIKE CHEMISTS, NEW AGENTS, GROCERY, STORES, AND HAIRDRESSERS & SO ON?


B) HOW GOOD ARE THESE SHOPS AT CUSTOMER CARE? AND HOW DOES THIS COMPARE WITH THE WAY PUBLIC UTILITIES TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS?
