The 350 years old majestic grandeur The Lawa Fort

Although Lawa sustained incalculable myriad of Islamic invasions but the land by the enemy was never occupied,hence no such Islamic or foreign impact is observed in the arts,architecture,culture of this region.

This mammoth immersion of rajput heritage in all its magnificence has civil, military and sacred spreads. The civil area maintained the three ,’administrative block’,'common living quarters’ and the ladies section which from mughal days was better known as The zenana mahal.

The administrative block houses the courts also referred as Dari Khana ,meeting place for all major decisions.16th century henceforth every successive ruler of Lawa went on to add more buildings to Barla mahal (outside mahal) for men , time worn but they still faithfully replicate history.

Ravages through time may have altered some of the external features but the rest is the same. The ammunitions and other war material were housed in a safe structure known as the silehkhana.

Though the main fortified ramparts are still there the burjh on the four corners are clearly visible yet it would not be erroneous to address this building as a chouburjha structure.

Onn mataji temple.
Shri Kalyan Temple Diggi=It is a famous temple which is 15 km away from malpura. Here a very ancient temple of god Kalyan(Vishnu) built by king digva is present .
Bisalpur Dam=It is situated 48 km away from malpura. It is one of the important dams project in Rajasthan built across Banas river.

Avikanagar. It is the largest sheep research centre of India located 5 km away from malpura along jaipur road.Kendriya Vidyalaya Avikanagar from 1st to 12th standard and Government Secondary School Avikanagar from 6th to 10th standard are also situated in the CSWRI Avikanagar campus. The director of CSWRI Avikanagar is Dr S.M.K Naqvi, who is the National fellow of National agricultural research system. He is known for his contribution in the field of small ruminant research.

Malpura is also famous for its Jain Dadawadi and Adinath jain temple.
An important temple, Malpura dadawari of Dada Jinkushalsuriji is there.

It has one Government hospital & many private hospital such as Rekha Devi Memorial Hospital and a nursing college.

Malpura is connected by a two-lane highway. SH 12- connects jaipur to kankroli via Malpura, Kekri, Bhilwara. It will be converted to a mega highway that will decrease the time a vehicle takes to travel through route connecting Jaipur, Bhilwara and Udaipur.
