Techfest Green Campus Challenge/ K.L.University

K L University is constantly working to make its campus sustainable in energy and building greenery in the campus. Our university is often regarded to be located in green fields which can be justified by the outlook of the campus itself. K L University has made itself sustainable for providing hot water facilities to the students of their hostel students by providing solar water heaters. We have constructed our own bio gas plant which when operative will be the source of fuel for cooking food and generating power.by taking into the consideration the way air conditioners consume electricity he have made break through innovations by involving radiation cooling technology in our new campus building. We have formed our self into various clubs under KLUSO and we are constantly improving our skills and as a part of that Parkruthi club has done considerable portion to bring out the green notion in our college
