Jammu Kashmir Liberation Front (popularly known as JKLF) is the most active and popular nationalists organisation of Kashmir, struggling to get rid of foreign occupation and subjugation.

The Issue of Kashmir is not a 'territorial dispute' between Pakistan and India. It is a question of national independence for over 17 million people, who are yet to exercise their unfettered right to self-determination as provided for in the UN Charter.

We do not accept Jammu-Kashmir to be constitutional or integral part of any country currently occupying it. No individual, group, political party, assembly or government has the right to decide about the future political or constitutional status of the Jammu-Kashmir or of any of its parts. If any individual, political party, group, assembly or government has in the past done so or attempts to do so in the future, it is not legally binding on the people of the State as a whole.

Jammu-Kashmir (including all areas that were its part on 14/l5th August 1947) is an indivisible political entity and we will not accept any bilateral or international agreement, which paves way for a permanent division on the basis of presently forced demarcation
