1. Brief History of the Public Authority:

Established in 2008 as Talent's College of Science & Technology, Koraput situated at Pujariput, Koraput in the District of Koraput and strives hard for excellence in its way to fulfill its goal and mission since then.

2. Aim & Objectives of the Public Authority:

Basically, it aims as educating tribal, weaker and minority sections which constitute about more than half of the population of undivided Koraput.

3. Strength of the Public Authority:

From of small student strength of 128 in 2008 the college has made rapid strides over the periods of tone and increased the strength to 192 as on date. It provides teaching facility in 06 subjects at under +2 level (Science)

4. Main Activities/ Functions of the Public Authority:

This college has also been indefinite as a centre to upgrade the next of SC/ ST/ OBC and minority students. The college has been functioning completely self financing +2 science day scholar cum residential college which is managed and Controlled by Talent's Educational & Charitable Trust as prescribed by the Department of Higher Education, Govt. of Odisha. Basing on its academic reputation, Co-curriculum activities quality of Institutional Management and responsiveness of Administrative structure. This institution is fully committed to its aims and goal and taking good care of students.
