MANUFACTURING FACILITIES
TAG has installed a very comprehensive manufacturing and tooling facility for manufacture of all the components required for transmission line hardware and conductor accessories. The Extrusion shop is designed to extrude aluminium alloy wire rods for armour rods, EC Grade aluminium tubes for dead ends and alloy tubes for grading rings. The forging shop is designed to forge components up to 5 kg. A most modern rubber mixing mill with necessary moulding presses are installed for synthetic rubber components. A modern Aluminium die casting facility as well as aluminium fabrication facility is available. TAG is also equipped with steel fabrication and galvanizing facility. A most modern tool room provides all the dies, fixtures and moulds required for the above.

TESTING FACILITIES
TAG Laboratories is the only lab in India to have all the testing facilities required for transmission line hardware fittings and accessories. In addition conductors as per Indian standards and various international standards are also tested all under one roof. TAG Laboratories is the only lab in India for the complete testing of conductors.
