The institute is established with the combined efforts of M/s. Soma Enterprise Ltd., M/s. Swarna Bharat Trust and M/s. Andhra Bank. It offers free training and provides free lodging and boarding facilities to the trainees and facilitates employment thereafter. More than 85% of the trainees belong to economically and socially backward sections like Agricultural labours, Small vendors & Construction workers. The training is provided by well qualified and experienced staff. e training facility has been set up with an objective of providing technical skills through short duration training programs in multitude of discipline like Civil Construction, Electrical and Automobile etc. to improve their employability or self employment opportunities. The institute is located in green and serene surroundings amidst rural landscape, that is at once enlivening and refreshing.
Students are also facilitated in getting employment on completion of the course.
