Surya World, Institutions of Academic Excellence, has been established under the aegis of Surya World Educational Research & Charitable Initiative (SWERCI) - an initiative by Surya Pharmacetical Limited - in 2009. These institutes of higher education are approved by AICTE, COA, Government of Punjab and affiliated to Punjab Technical University (PTU) & have successfully completed one academic session

Surya World offers an integrated curriculum that is designed towards delivering quality tertiary education in Engineering & Technology, Management & Business Studies, Computer Sciences, Pharmacy, Architecture, and Hotel Management & Catering Technology. This, coupled with the highest standards of instruction would equip students with the requisite knowledge and skills to perform effectively in a dynamic industry environment.

Ideally located on the National Highway (NH1), the campus offers easy connectivity and access to the state of the art, hi–tech facilities to students. From academic year 2011, we will offer School of Medical Sciences & Research, Dental Sciences & Research, Nursing, Design and more.
