This is an online pre-order store!

The procedure to purchase is simple.

1. Comment "Buy" under the picture of the product you like or email us the product code or product link at mailus.ramas@gmail.com or use facebook message.

2. We shall get in touch with you as soon as we receive your message and give you more details on the total payable amount, payment method, delivery time, shipping etc..

You will receive your order within 5-10 working days. However you need to make the payment at the time of placing the order.

If you fail to make the payment for the order within 2 days, the order shall be cancelled and passed to the next interested customer or will be put up back for the sale.

Mode of Payment:

1. Net transfer
2. Cash Deposit
3. Cheque Deposit


Delivery and returns

1. Delivery takes about 10-15 days unless mentioned.
2. Delivery charges inside INDIA ranges from INR50 - INR150 depending on the size and the weight of the product.
3. If you want to return an item, you have to pay for the delivery charges. We will either refund or replace the item.
4. Any defects should be reported within 3 days. Or else we shall not be liable for the product defect.
5. Please don't return the item JUST because you don't like the item. Please ask us as many questions you have before purchase. We accept returns only when there's defect or when it doesn't look anything like in the picture.

Please note that due to limitations in photography and the inevitable differences in monitor settings, the colors shown in the photography may not correspond 100% to those in the items themselves.

AT THE MATTER OF DISPUTE, OUR DECISION WILL BE FINAL!
