India when compared globally said to be one of the greatest agricultural country. The basic source for the living of a particular sector of the society is farming. 49% of the workforce of the country is engaged in farming. Now we can differentiate it with many a type. The basic agriculture sector depends on the natural resources available that too within time. But for rest we can make available the needy material, equipment’s, gadgets, etc. If we really want to energize India's agriculture sector because it will provide livelihood to nearly 60% of the population then it is must to centralise the involvement of an attempt for the growth. As per the policies India follow through on current basis for the agriculture sector are more inclined towards short-term solutions and revenue expenditure rather than long-term capital investment solutions.
