M/s SU Mangala Coke Pvt Ltd.,was taken over by the existing share holders, Mr Anurag Srivastava and ,Dipen N Chanchani, in November 2013, alongwith the assets,this unit is situated at Village Lunva, Taluka- Bhachau, Dist : Kutch. It consists of One Coke Oven Battery, comprising of 36 Nos. of Bee-Hive Shaped , Coke ovens, with a production capacity of 3000 MT of Coke per month, with permission to install plant of total capacity of 10000 MT per month. Situated in an area of approx 10 acres.
The Coke Oven unit of M/s SU Mangala Coke Pvt Ltd., is based on Bee-Hive Technology of Non-recovery type ovens .It has a single Battery of 36 Nos. of Coke Ovens connected to a single Chimney.
Consumers:
As this is the cheapest form of fuel as compared to electricity and furnace oil, it is very widely used. In steel mills, for Blast furnace there is no substitute of Met Coke. The main consumers of Met Coke in Gujarat are the soda Ash Units, the steel mills, Foundries and smelters. Due to a good road network, this coke also caters requirement of industries through-out the country in states of Rajasthan, Maharashtra, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Punjab, MP,Chattisgarh etc.
