Mrs. Anju Bala did B.Sc.(Non Medical) & COPA started her career in the year 2001 as Lab Technician in fabric industry. After doing a basic training programme from Ayur Academy, Delhi, she joined Colorly Hair Colour from Italy as Colour Technician in the year 2003. She had been the resource person for many workshops and seminars for beautician and salon. She had worked with celebrities like Sylvies.
Then in the year 2004, she joined Keune Hair Cosmetics as Technical Educator. She trained Salon and Beauty Parlours from various states like Punjab, Haryana ,Himachal ,U.P. ,M.P. and Delhi.
In the year 2007, she joined Matrix as Technical Advisor for Punjab, Haryana, J&K . and Himachal Pradesh .She trained her staff and top salon & beauty parlours .She launched new products in different states and had a successful career in LOREAL INDIA PVT. LTD.
She was selected as the best Sr. Technical Advisor for North zone. She had done her trainings with international hair dressers within India and from abroad. She had done her commercial trainings from Scotland, City N Guilds Level 3.
