Student Council, SMIT

Our college has seen many years, some beautiful, through the spirited aspirations and motivated resolve of its bright alumnus and it comes to Us today, to surpass horizons never explored before and to unleash the infinite potential that We, as One, possess.
The Administration in any system is manoeuvred by representatives, forming a council, and the system falters the moment, the council doesn't realize the power of the Union. A council of representatives, formed from the majority, transmits ideas and energy, but breaks the strength of a majority. While, a Union brings the majority on one platform and in uniting ideas, amplifies energy.
From a group of 15 odd people in the Seminar Hall who strive so hard to bring changes to a Thousand strong Union. From the fragmented representatives to an unified college. From the minority of a council to the majority of a union.

We present to the students of SMIT, one such platform, where we can communicate to share ideas and concerns to have a better campus experience in future.
