Born out of a sheer passion for training and the science behind it, which soon evolved into a need to help people create their own personal journeys through fitness, the philosophy behind Strength System is simple - not everyone can or should train the same way. That, unfortunately, is one of the biggest drawbacks of most group classes – where many square pegs are fit into round holes.
At the Strength System, we believe that strength is both subjective and contextual, and that in believing so, we need to meet people where they are, so that training adds to their life and doesn't detract from it.
