St.joseph's English Medium Higher Secondary School Thrikkakara

St. JOSEPH’S English medium higher secondary school found in 1963, is a recognized English medium school for both boys and girls. It is run by Carmelite sisters of St. Teresa, whose founders is Mother Teresa of St. Rose of Lima. She was a great visionary of her time and she worked for social change through education especially education of girl child.
Following the footsteps of our founders we try to impart holistic education to the students. Our Motto is “For God and Country “. Admission is given to all, irrespective of caste, creed and subject to availability of seats.
Vision of St. Joseph’s

The educational institutions established and managed by the Carmelite sisters of St. Teresa aim at integral formation and liberation of human person through:

1. A preferential love for the poor and less privileged.

2. Believing in, and respecting the dignity of the poorest, and working to promote from all types of oppression.

3. The conviction that God loves all without distinction of caste , sex, religion or social status.

4. Motivating our students to build a better world where freedom, fellowship and justice will prevail.
