Still Within School of Yoga

At Still Within, we conduct regular classes which include Vinyasa, classical Hatha, prop yoga, prenatal and yin yoga.

Your Lead Teachers-
Aparna Ramesh- RYT500, RYPT : Aparna has been teaching yoga for the past 4 years. Her special interests include classical Hatha, Pre/Postnatal Yoga, Restorative Yoga and Yin Yoga. She is also passionate about rehabilitation of persons with disabilities and works as a consultant Speech Pathologist.

Kathicka Balasubramanyem- RYT500 : Karthicka has been teaching for the past 4 and a half years. She teaches classical Hatha and Power Vinyasa which are dynamic in nature incorporating alignment, core work, mudra, kriya and pranayama techniques.
