SRM College of Occupational Therapy

The SRM College of Occupational Therapy was started in the academic year 1996, offering BOT Degree program under the Tamilnadu Dr.MGR medical university. It was brought under the ambit of SRM University in 2004. It is recognized by the All India Occupational Therapist Association (AIOTA) and also by World federation of Occupational Therapist (WFOT), which is mandatory for higher studies and for employment abroad. The college has started post graduate program MOT in 2004. The College has also started lateral entry course for diploma students in this academic year 2012.

The institution is headed by D.Suresh., Dean with well qualified and experienced faculty members. The faculty members use latest teaching methods in imparting knowledge to the students. The college has well established clinic attached to the SRM Medical College and hospital for clinical training. The Medical subjects are taken by experienced medical faculties.
