Sri Ramakrishna Seva Samithi Padmashalipuram

Sri Ramakrishna Seva Samithi, earlier Grama Sree, is Bhagavan Sri Ramakrishna'sl Krupa Ray. It is one of the programs to serve society introduced by Revered Swami Ranganathananda Ji Maharaj (Was President of Ramakrihsn Math, Hyd) almost two decades back. It was introduced to adopt and serve remote villages with mobile medical camp and education to students weekly.
Fortunately, our village Padmashali Puram was chosen 16 yrs back by Swami Vinischalananda Ji as "Grama Sree Village". That time, in our colony there were no roads, no drainage facility, no water facility, not even a primary school. As our place is located near industrial area, mostly children (+12 yrs aged) used to work in factories.
As Grama Sree entered, our lives changed. It gave light in our dark lives. Ramakrishna Math Swamijis guided and encouraged us in all aspects. Swami Anikethananda Ji Maharaj inspired and guided us for 6 yrs. Swami Gaurangananda Ji Maharaj inspired and guided fornext 9 yrs. Swami Shithikantananda Ji Maharaj is inspired us for one year. Currently, Swami Bhitiharanandaji Maharaj is our in-charge.
Today, Padmashali puram has one Govt. High School, 2 private schools. And the Govt school has stood first place in Rajendra Nagar Mandal level as per 2013 Tenth results. And the students of Padmashali puram known for their education, discipline and good manners. Grama Sree produced software professionals, IIIT students and upcoming IAS officers. Grama Sree has the ability to produce many good citizens, officers who serve the country.
Now, many families in our colony are devoted to Sri Ramakrishna and everyone knows Holy Trinity. Every 2nd Sunday of the month, there is 'Satsung' (Sri Ramakrishn'sa pooja and all devotees assemble) is celebrated at any one of the families in our colony.

2. Sri Ramakrishna Kathamritha Reading (07:15 PM - 07:30 PM)

3. Spoken English (05:30 PM - 07:00 PM)

4. Free Tuition for 8th @ 9th Standard (05:30 PM - 07:00 PM)

5. Mobile Medical Unit ( Every last Sunday of the month from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM)

6. Shri Sharadha Library - (06:60 PM - 08:00 PM)

7. Book Stall

8. Vivekananda Bala Vikasa Kendra (Moral education, Bhagavadgita, Bhajans for children - Every Sunday from 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM)

9. Beluru Math Yatra (Once in a year)

On 12th March, 2014 Grama Sri is registered as Sri Ramakrishna Seva Samithi, Padmashalipuram.
