Sree Sundareswara Temple, Talap, Kannur

Sree Sundareswara Temple is located in the Kannur district of Kerala, India. It is in talap, in kannur municipality of kerala. This temple is one of the largest temples in Kannur. Sree sundereshwara temple of Kannur was made by Thiyyars of Kannur and consecrated by Sri Narayana Guru on the request of Thiyyars. The designs of this temple were made by Sri Chaithanyaall swami. Sree Narayana guru named the shiva as Sree Sundereshwara by saying that all the people are beautiful, the place is beautiful thus named Lord Shiva as Sree Sunderehwara in this temple. This temple was built on March 16 in the year 1916. Except consecrating the idol, Sri Narayana Guru did not have any of his activities in Kannur
