About the school:
Sree Ayyappa Public School, Bokaro Steel City is an English Medium co-educational school affiliated to the Central Board of Secondary Education, New Delhi. The school was established in 1988. This school is managed by Board of Directors duly elected by Ayyappa Seva Sangham, Bokaro Steel City and other nominated personalities from SAIL, Bokaro Steel etc. In this Steel City, Sangham is a linguistic minority, but its services of the school are dedicated to the benefit of all people irrespective of social or religious consideration.

The first session of the School started on 27th June, 1988 Sree Ayyappa Public School, is not receiving any aid either from Government or any other sources.
